On Wednesday, October 9, 2024, we will be hosting an all-day event as part of the AHK's “German Days”. This in cooperation with the Sparkassenstiftung and “Faces of football e.V.”. Former German national soccer player Petra Landers (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petra_Landers ) has dedicated her social project to promoting girls' soccer in Africa: http://facesoffootball.org/
A total of 30 girls aged 7-12 will take part in the workshop. Soccer meets the world of finance - Sparkassenstiftung supports this project and its employees provide information and inspiration on the subject of money/saving/etc. In addition to some pupils from our school, representatives from our partner NGO Universal wonderful street academy and our neighboring school in Nima, the Youngsters, will also be taking part.

Our GISA Yearbook Photo Campaign turns everyday school life into a creative stage!
Have you already thought about your perfect yearbook photo? Now is the time to bring your ideas to life. Whether individually, with friends, or as a whole class – this is your chance to get creative and capture something truly unique. Set against the vibrant murals around our campus, your photos will reflect the spirit, diversity, and joy of our school community.
The best part: everyone is invited to join – from Nursery to Grade 8, and of course also our staff. iPads will be available daily during the breakfast break, making it easy for everyone to take part and let their creativity shine.
From April 27 to May 4, 2026, it’s time to experiment, laugh, pose, and create lasting memories. We are already looking forward to a colorful collection of photos that truly capture what GISA is all about: community, creativity, and personality.
