Learning with Heart and Hands: Project Time at GISA
At GISA, nurturing individual talents, interests, and passions is close to our heart. During our weekly project time, classrooms turn into creative studios, science labs, and performance stages!
Students choose from a wide range of regularly changing projects – from Made in Ghana and Sustainability to Christmas traditions and our big school musical. These projects are led by dedicated teachers and sometimes even by enthusiastic parents, offering plenty of opportunities for exploration, creativity, and hands-on learning.
In primary school, project time takes place on two afternoons per week, and in secondary school on one afternoon. Each project cycle culminates in meaningful presentations: exhibitions, performances, or joyful celebrations that highlight the students’ achievements – with pride, applause, and a strong sense of community.
