Fresh Breeze for Lunchtime! π±π²
Following our comprehensive survey among students and parents, we immediately took the next steps together: A committee with representatives of students, parents, school leadership, and the board met and engaged in an intensive exchange with Eva from North Ridge CafΓ©. This allowed us to discuss the results and develop concrete ideas for improvement.
The outcome: We are bringing a fresh breeze to our school meals! More variety with Ghanaian and international dishes that are both child-friendly and healthy. New dishes will first be introduced on a trial basis β and the children themselves will provide feedback. In addition, a staff member from North Ridge CafΓ© will now support the lunch service, making the midday break even smoother and more enjoyable.
