GISA at didacta in Cologne – Meeting and Networking

The German International School Accra is currently represented at didacta in Cologne – Europe’s largest education fair – until Saturday. Together with German schools from Ethiopia, Kenya, Namibia, and South Africa, GISA is part of a joint stand showcasing German schools in Africa.

Representing GISA on site are Kindergarten Director Olivia Habtezghui and Head of School Rainer Kropp-Kurta. In many conversations with interested teachers and educational professionals, they present the school, its international profile, and the unique educational environment in Accra.

A particular focus this year is on current vacancies in the Kindergarten as well as opportunities for a secondary school teacher. The discussions at the fair once again highlight the strong interest in working at German schools abroad and in the dynamic development of GISA.

At the same time, didacta provides an important platform for professional exchange, inspiration, and international networking in education. We are grateful for the many inspiring encounters and look forward to further conversations until the fair closes on Saturday. 🌍📚
