Public Viewing at GISA: Germany Takes on Ivory Coast

Following the successful opening event, the German International School Accra is once again inviting the community to a football evening at the Swiss Club on the GISA campus. On Saturday, 20 June 2026, Germany will face Ivory Coast in what promises to be an exciting match and a great community gathering.

Building on the experience of the first public viewing, several improvements have been made. A large-screen projection will create an authentic stadium atmosphere, while a newly installed sound system will ensure that every moment of the match can be fully enjoyed.

Guests can also look forward to refreshments from the grill station, serving sausage, chicken and beef throughout the evening.

The event is intended for the German-speaking community in Ghana, GISA families and friends of the school. Kick-off is at 8:00 p.m. at the Swiss Club on the GISA campus.
