The event began with a minute of silence and a prayer for children in need before around 200 participants – including delegations from three schools – started their 90-minute march through Jamestown to Makola Market. Two marching bands, vehicles with loudspeakers, and powerful handmade posters filled the streets with energy, rhythm, and emotion.

A special highlight was the motorbike show by the Street Academy – met with great excitement by the children.

It was an unforgettable day of solidarity, empathy, and action – reminding us that children’s voices matter and that education can truly build bridges of hope. 🌍💙
