Oktoberfest Fun – Gingerbread Hearts, Games and Traditions

As part of our “German Festivals” project, we explored Oktoberfest this week. Through playful activities, the children discovered one of Germany’s best-known traditions and learned about its typical customs, music, traditional clothing and festive atmosphere.

A variety of games and group activities gave the children the opportunity to explore the theme in different ways while having lots of fun. To add a special Oktoberfest touch, the children also created and decorated their own gingerbread hearts, showing plenty of creativity and enthusiasm.
